To be eligible for a refund, you need to request a return and ship it back to us within twenty days of the day you ordered your package. If items are shipped out passed the twenty-day policy, your items will only be returned for store credit (you will be issued a merchandise card number via email for the store credit). Your package will only be eligible for store credit 30 days after you ordered it.
Should we receive any shipments beyond 30 days since the order date, your package will not be eligible for any sort of refund or store credit.
- Items purchased during major site-wide sales including: Black Friday, Cyber Monday.
- Any Sale items purchased using a code for an additional discount off of the sale price.
- Intimates + swimwear (including bodysuits)
- Accessories (jewelry, sunnies, head pieces, belts, purses, hats, etc.)
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), submit a return via firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your damaged or incorrect merchandise. If item is not reported within 3 days, Charlie and Roe reserves the right to assume customer defected the product and will not offer any refund. If item arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Please allow Charlie and Roe 5 days to process your return once it is received. Once your refund has been processed and credited, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Be aware that some banks may process the refund slower than others. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Charlie and Roe reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please confirm your address before submitting your order.
